On Friday 8 March EFIEES organised its first members meeting of 2024, in Brussels.
We updated our members with EFIEES’ latest work in policy and communication, before holding a lively internal roundtable on energy efficiency in the industry.
Participants exchanged their ideas, and suggestions, on how to unlock energy efficiency in industrial sectors.
We also had the great pleasure to welcome Federico Tarantini from the DG Clima, European Commission, to exchange on the upcoming Emissions Trading System for buildings and road transports (ETS2).
EFIEES’ members shared their views and provided insights on national environment regarding carbon pricing, while asking some questions and clarifications on the upcoming implementation of the ETS2.
