EFIEES organised its members’ meeting in Warsaw on 24-25 June.
On 24 June, we had the pleasure of being welcomed by Veolia Warsaw for an insightful visit and presentation of their Hubgrade, an energy management centre continuously monitoring Warsaw district heating network, the largest DHN in Europe.
On 25 June, EFIEES’ team and members gathered at Veolia Poland’s facilities for a productive day of discussions and workshops with special guests from the Chamber of Commerce of Polish District Heating and the Polish Ministry of Climate and Environment. We delved into waste heat related topics, conducted a collective workshop focused on EFIEES’ main priorities for the next EU term, and exchanged about the EU strategy for heating and cooling.
